Challenge
Square in the Air needed a fully AI-generated cinematic film for SBC Lisbon 2025, based on their concept “Where Shall We Go Today?”
The story follows two professionals- a senior executive and a young marketer taking different paths to the same destination.
The message: whatever your position in the industry, SBC Lisbon is the event you can’t miss.
Our Role
MConverts was responsible for transforming the concept into a cohesive, cinematic experience- directed, structured, and produced entirely through AI.
Over 50 individual scenes were generated, crafted, and edited to deliver a film with the polish and rhythm of live-action production.
What Made It High-End
1. Character Consistency
Both main characters remain visually identical throughout every shot- same face, outfit, lighting, and camera logic.
Maintaining this continuity across 50+ AI frames required advanced prompt precision and deep control over generative parameters.
2. Element Continuity
Recurring props- suitcases, keys, doors, passports, phones, and clocks were matched across environments with identical shape, tone, and position. This created visual rhythm and believability that typical AI workflows rarely achieve.
3. Cinematic Editing
The edit followed Edgar Wright’s kinetic film style, using whip-pans, crash zooms, and rhythm-based transitions.
Every cut and motion was preplanned for pacing, achieving a dynamic, cinematic energy despite being built from static AI-generated frames.
4. Text Generation Precision
Several frames were generated with perfect in-scene text including departure boards, signage, and phone screens without any manual overlays.
Accurate text rendering within AI frames remains one of the most technically demanding aspects of AI production, and this film achieved it seamlessly.
Outcome
The film launched as Square in the Air’s flagship video for SBC Lisbon 2025, positioning both SITA and MConverts as leaders in AI-driven creative storytelling.
It demonstrated how AI filmmaking, guided by expert direction, can achieve consistency, cinematic flow, and brand coherence at a professional standard.
Client Quote
“The MConverts team were a real pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to produce the content we wanted.
I’d recommend their services as their knowledge of AI video and how to make the most of a campaign is second to none.”
